Radio whistles when I plug my sirius radio into my auxiliary plug in my radio. What should I do?

I just put in a new radio. I have never had a problem with my ground. When I plug in my Ipod to the auxiliary plug there is no whistling. But when I plug in my Sirius radio into it there is whistling. Would a ground loop isolator fix the problem?

  1. Most AUX plugs sound bad anyways. Yea, check the ground.
